BABY AARON IS HERE!!

WE HAVE A NEW ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY.!

My Aunt Tia gave birth to a healthy baby boy yesterday around 2:51.

8lbs. 1 oz. 20.5 in. long.

Busy Busy Girl!

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile, I've been super busy.

I've been playing softball which is my whole summer but i love playing it. We got 2nd in the tourney last weekend.. which bites cause we should've won but oh well, better luck next time.

&& I have been babysitting, 2 little kids; I call family, Chelsea and Logan, they are great and I'm so happy I get the opportunity to help Carey out. If I'm not babysitting them then I'm helping out with my aunt (who is in the hospital right now about to having my 2nd cousin Baby Aaron) so all next week I will be busy helping out with her and my 2 little cousins. which makes me super excited. ! :)

Nothing New!! Well Sorta. :)

Everyone that reads this and has known me for a long time knows I've always had long hair. Well, when I lost it.. of course it hasn't gotten back to my long length.. and it was a little past my shoulders. Well, I wanted a change so last week I went and cut it off into a cute little bob. Its adorable.. (I'll post pictures soon)

Saturday, I went to my little friend Chelsea's 1 year Cancer free party which was fun. I'm so happy for her.. Congrats Chelsea!!

Monday and Tuesday I had my 3 month scan check up, now we go to every 6 months Whoa!! Very special milestone in this journey we have had. :)

Softball starts this weekend with our first tournament at Lake Shawnee, so if you wanna come just let me know ill tell you the times as soon as I find out.. Wish us Good Luck!!

* Update on My Aunt Tia who is about to have a baby. She could go any day now and if not before June 17th ( I think) they will induce her on that day. I'm so happy for her and ready for Baby Aaron to get here. :)

Prayers, Prayers!!!

To those of you who have been reading this know that I have lost a very special person in my life, Victoria!

Well, they are planning another memorial service for those of her friends and family that couldn't make it to the one in Washington. I couldn't make it to that one nor can I make it to the next one in Texas.

So, I'm emailing her grandpa (whom I've gotten very close to over the years) and he asked if I had anything I wanted to share, so I emailed him a picture of me and Victoria and a little something I wrote about our journey together. I get an email back saying thank you for that, but the funeral is going to be rearranged because Victoria's Grandma was put in the hospital and had an emergency surgery.
*** Now this family does not need/deserve this, but they do need your POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS! so please pray for this family.

Summer is Here!!

Sorry, everyone I know its been a long time since I have updated but so much is going on in my life.


First, off I'm a legal driver NOW!! wow isn't that excited.

High School Softball is over for me, but the first weekend in June begins the summer league, which makes me so happy, cause I love my summer team and we always have a blast when we play.. So I'm totally STOKED.!!

The last week of school was tough, its all FINALS!! I hate finals. I think they are stupid and then you got teachers cramming in test that are separate from your finals which I also think is stupid but whatever.. I can't control them.. I'm happy school is out and I don't have to put up with all the drama that comes along with it.
SUMMER IS GONNA BE A BLAST FOR ME!! :)

My Little Angel!

I'm sad to write that my little Princess Victoria earned her angel wings Sunday night and now is flying with the angels. She will never be missed and always be apart of my life.

I will right more later its all still fresh in my mind and really hard to face.

Happy it's over for good. I don't deserve someone in my life that doesn't respect me for who I am and not for who he wants me to be.

So, right now I'm focusing getting the school year over with and playing softball.

I'M ALSO focusing on TURNING 16 IN 10 DAYS!!!! wow i can't even wait. It's going to be a great summer and I'm having the best time of my life being single.

My Ex-Boyfriend told me the only reason he stuck around is because he didn't want to feel like a dick breaking up with me after I had cancer.. How is that supposed to make me feel? like I got used for 1 more year, that he felt sorry me. But I'm happier without him anyways, and I can move on in my life without a stupid boy!


On a Sadder note, my little friend Victoria is not doing so well, so please keep the prayers coming.

Alot has been going on!!!

So, since the last time I updated. (about a month ago) I had knee surgery (actually it was right above my knee) First they thought it was a tumor, cause they just couldn't figure out what it was. So, they wanted to do a biopsy, the orthopedic doctor I saw at Children's she said she thought it was a Venus Malfunction, and it turns out that's what it was. VM is a collection of blood vessels, nothing serious but sense they already had me cut open they just removed it and said I could have been born with it. But that's all good now. I can't play until May 1st which only leaves me 5 games to play in the High School Softball Season, which really sucks. but on the bright side of things I can play this summer. If it isn't one thing its something else. I just want to play softball is that such a bad thing? Ha

So, awhile ago in a post I wrote about my little friend Victoria. She is battling Neuroblastoma, she was first treated at Children's Mercy, and her dad got transferred (he is in the army) to Washington (the state) Well, here recently I have been talking to her on the phone and she told me last week that she was starting school on Monday. So, tonight I called her to see how it school was going. She said she made lots of new friends but couldn't remember their names (it was too cute the way she said it). She sounded terrible but she said she was really tired. Her mom told Wendi that her blood count is low, but it just really scared me. She sounded terrible, it was very upsetting to hear her like that. I think about this girl every day and I worry. I want those doctors to get her cured. She is like a little sister to me, actually she IS my little sister. going through what I went through and making the friends you make, you don't look at them like friends its more like family. She goes to the Children's Hospital in Seattle tomorrow to meet with the doctors. So her mom is supposed to give us a call or text us when they find out what the doctors have to say. This little girl means so much to me, so to those of you who read this, PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR HER!!!

I'm not very good at this!!

Well, the last time I posted Softball Tryouts were just getting started, after a week the coaches decided to only cut 3 people I believe. We have a good variety of athletes playing for Seaman High School! So, as most of you are wondering, I MADE THE TEAM! (WOOH)

The Thursday of tryouts, we were doing a running drill, working on our stride and taking a banana route around the bases. I was on my last 5 steps to home plate, and my knee just locked up on me and I started stumbling. It was weird. One of my coaches came up to me and said "Morgan, do you have leg problems?" I started laughing and said "No Coach I dont have leg problems." So, I continued on with tryouts and later he came and got me the trainer was there to look at my knee. it was very tender and it still is. so he said i need to get in to see my PCP. (which you may know I don't exactly have one) so we went up to Sunflower Prompt Care and seen a Doctor there, she put me in a splint and (to make a long story short) I went to see a Orthopedic Surgeon this past Thursday, and he referred me down to a Orthopedic Doctor at Childrens Mercy, because they are more familar with my history down there, so they can deal with it... so hopefully they wil get me in sometime over break.

Softball Season!! Wooot!!

So, next Monday starts the season of High School Softball, boy am I pumped.. Most of you know that last summer I didn't really have a season due to chemo, and just being in shape to do so..

I have been going to practice every Sunday in the past month and getting some batting in.. I went to conditioning a few times, and that was a kick in the bootie.. but I'm ready for the season.

So, ill be putting the schedule on here, maybe you could come watch!

its been awhile!

Its been a while since I have updated..

I had scans on Monday.. everything is going great still.. nothing new... so we go another 3 months and thats on my birthday.! blah.

Other then that.. Nothing is really going on in my life... pretty boring actually..

A Wonderful Saturday!

I got to spend Saturday with my lovely friend Victoria.! We had lunch together and then spent the whole day shopping at the mall. It was a Blast! She was sad when it was time to go and almost started crying on us. It was probably one of the hardest things to do, is let me little friend go. She is moving away on Feb. 9th. Her dad is in the army and he got transferred to Washington State. She will be going to a different hospital and hopefully they can get this tumor gone.!! So please keep praying! Don't You Wish?

Going through Chemotherapy and finding out I had cancer was the worst thing ever.! Meeting new people and making friendships was the only good thing that came out of this, there are 3 people I got really close with my friend Bailey who had Leukemia, went through a bone marrow transplant and now is doing great. My friend Chelsea, who also had leukemia and is a darling, adorable and is also doing great.! And then there is My Closest out of this Victoria, she has touched the hearts of so many at Children's Mercy and many more. I will never forget the day I was getting my port in and she already had her surgery to get it in, she walked into my room, lifted up her gown and said " You wanna see my port." It was the cutest thing ever and from then on we always had to see each other, every time she saw me her eyes lite up and said "Morgan!" really loud and always was the hugable kind. I have so many memories with this young girl. She is like a younger sister to me and always will be a friend.
She got some bad news her tumor has grown and the doctors said he would be suprised if she made it till the end of the year. It hurts to even type that, tears rolling down my face as I type this whole thing. I just can't face this nor do I want to.

Don't you wish doctors could do more, don't you think every hospital should have a doctor that specialized in all different types of childhood cancers, and why does God have these plans for us innocent young kids and young teenagers. We don't deserve this and neither does anyone else. Its just not fair. I wish people did more research on the little things and not focusing on the stupid things in life. Cancers is taking peoples life everyday. Do we deserve this? No, we don't its not fair to anyone. We need to find a cure and fast!!

Seaman didn't have a game Friday night! I hate having boring friday nights!!
They did have one last Tuesday and the Won against Emporia!!

My Weekend in a Jumble!!!

Friday Night- Went to the Seaman vs. Junction City Basketball game.!! JV won however Varsity did not!!! It was an okay game.!!

Saturday- Wendi and I ventered out into the cold, and went shopping.. Then at 4 I had my little cousin's birthday party she turned 3. She is so much fun.. She was being very bossy, and so my Uncle Jake her dad asked her to stop being so bossy, and then she came up to me in her little innocent voice and said Moe, you need to stop being so mean, you got me in trouble.. It was so darn cute. Then later that night I went to a movie with Wendi and Nana (Wendi's mom) We went to see Nights in Rodanthe, It was a very good movie but like all of Nicholas Sparks stories they all have a sad ending.. GO SEE IT!!

Sunday- Happy Birthday Savannah!! We (as in me and wendi) took my other 3 cousins out to eat at McDonalds so they could play. Other then that I have just been cleaning and sitting around.!!

Study of the Mind!!

Since my first semester in school, there are some classes you take just for a semester. So, this semester I need a 4th hour and 6th hour. So, my 4th hour is just a cooking class which is nice about halfway through the day. My 6th hour is a whole other story, it's psychology!! Believe my I was so nervous to take it, some of my friends that are upper class men say it's a tough class don't do it. But sooner or later I'm gonna have to take it in college, so why not take it now and get it over with...So yesterday the teacher said, you need to copy down the vocab words that are highlighted in chapter 1, and since I don't think that is enough here is 10 more. I was surprised but that's part of high school, he also said read chapter 1 cause we will most likely be having a quiz over it tomorrow.... So today we get in class and he goes clear everything off your desk except for a pencil, (if you don't know by now that's a teachers favorite words when its test time) he said to us "this is a false quiz" so I'm sitting there answering the questions and its a 10 question true or false quiz... Needless to say I only missed 2 which is good. Well, we are going over the answers and at the end they turned out to all be false, then it triggered in my mind he said in the beginning "it was a false quiz" OH PSYCHOLOGY!!! Then he didn't even take it as a grade he said " I just wanted to see how many of you read the book last night!! He is an amazing teacher! He makes the class so much fun.!

Other than that school has been the normal, ITS JUST SCHOOL!!

The driving is going good, except I hate it when people ride my butt nothing more makes me mad then someone right on my tale end.!! But what can I do about it... NOTHING.!!

Seaman Boys Basketball!!!

Just got home from the Seaman Vs. Highland Park basketball game. The JV game was really good we lost 63-62. Due to poor referee's we lost. My friend Adam who is known for is 3 point shots, shot a 3, they counted it then took it away because Highland Parks coaches were crying about it. So thats why we lost. However the Varsity game was so bad I left at halftime.

I'll hopefully update tomorrow, depending on if I have homework or not.! BLAH thats the only tough thing about school!!

The Day I Have Been Waiting for Since Dec. 18

School is back, boy was I excited to get up early this morning and DRIVE MYSELF TO SCHOOL! YES I SAID DRIVE!! I have had my permit for 6 months now I have my restricted and I'm on my own, just to school and work. But I don't exactly have a job so its only school. But the coundown is on till my 16 Birthday!!!

It's gonna take me awhile to get used to the curliness and the darkness!! It's definitely a change!! CHANGE IS ALWAYS GOOD!!

Friday: I'm not really the type of person to sit at home a watch a movie unless it is a love story or something sappy. I would rather go to the movie theater. People have been telling me what a great movie Narnia is so last night I decided to sit down and watch it. Pssh, I clearly did not understand this movie and is not something I enjoy watching. It reminds me of Harry Potter and I don't really enjoy those books! I'm never going to watch Narnia again.!!

Today: My mom, grandma and I went to Kansas City to go shopping. It was so nice outside. We went to the Zona Rosa (an outdoor shopping area) So, me and Wendi always joke about how some people need to go on the TV show Interventions. Well, everywhere I went today I wanted to look at the purses thats one thing I don't need anymore of because I have so many. So, I got to thinking maybe I should go on that show Im addicited to PURSES!!! But I didn't buy one because I just got a new one for Christmas!!

Right now, I'm watching my little cousin, she is such a blast. She wants to watch Happy Feet so she can dance with the penguins! How cute I know right?

Can I go to school yet?

School is just around the corner.!!! Most high school kids are dreading going back to school. NOT ME!! I'm so ready to go back you have no idea.! Since I'm an only child (well I have a sister but she doesn't live with me) the days spent at home are soo boring. Since, most of my friends can't drive yet, we don't get to go places while are parents are at work. So, my winter break has been mostly get up feed the dog, lay around for awhile, do the chores I need to do, finally decide to take a shower, then its time for the parents to come and then we sit around and do nothing.. See now me I'd rather be on the go all the time, with something do to every minute of everyday, but the parents are a totally different story. I guess when I turn 16 I can do that, if dad lets me that is.!!!

So, Monday is my last dad of being bored, then comes all the homework, which really is fine with me. Cause I would rather do homework then be bored.

This weekend is off to my mom's. So I don't know if I will blog much this weekend but I might!!

Happy New Year everyone!
I didn't do much for New Years Eve! Went to the Roadrunners vs. Springfield Jr. Blues hockey game with my family and boyfriend. Then just came home and hung out with my stepmom and boyfriend (jacob). This start to the new year is alot better then last year.
Well, since the Roadrunners scored 5 goals we get to eat Cici's Pizza for FREE!! So, thats where we are headed.
